Many things went wrong. Expedia was the worst. I tired to change the date of a non refundable reservation. Expedia informed me that they would change the reservation, but the hotel manager had to approve the change. Expedia sent an email to the manager. I talked to the manager who said they did not receive anything from Expedia. I asked the manager if I did not check in the first night would I still have a reservation for the second night? She informed me that I would. I arrived the second night and was told I did not have a reservation. The clerk informed me that they only charged Expedia for one night since I didn't show up to check in and canceled the second night. He said he wasn't sure if Expedia would reimburse me for any of the nights. If I wanted to stay I would have to pay him since he only charged Expedia for one night. I'm not sure why the hotel canceled the second night of the reservation? I was told by the manager I would still be able to use the second night. After looking at the facility I was fine not staying at this hotel.

Beds were so comfy! Hot tub was hot and jets were good. Breakfast was good enough. Just a quick local couples night away and it was good for that. Overall better than we expected.

Property was in need of repair. The carpeting in my room between the bath and room had worn away, and unfortunately I managed to step on a carpeting tack because of this issue. Hair dryer hadn't been cleaned, and handle was covered in some type of makeup and it didn't appear as though the bathroom faucet had been wiped off with water or whatever on it. One closet door was off the rail, so it wouldn't slide open, almost making the closet unusable.

Highly recommend this hotel for it's friendly and helpful staff, quiet safe location and proximity to shopping, restaurants,etc. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Great price too!

Meh.
The room was comfortable, but the property itself showed its age. The breakfast was standard fair. Nothing special. When I checked in, there was a young man tweeking in the front of the hotel. I reported to front desk and they said they would check him out. I saw him the next morning at breakfast.

It was great for a weekend away, but the shower did not work. We are tall people, so we couldn't use the bath. Thank goodness for truck stop showers.
