Definitely a Clean Hotel & I slept good as well,its was also in a Good location I had to attend a event which was 10 min away so if I never would’ve gotten a rental at the last minute I wouldn’t of did bad with catching rides with uber either

Get your elevators figured out. I don’t like the fact I book at a Hilton of all places and had to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs because the only elevator you have wasn’t working.

It's fine not great but fine
We spent the night to attend an event had dinner at the hotel and the food was actually quite good. They could have been playing Christmas music over the PA since it is that season but not a big deal. There was food on the carpet of our room and the shower pressure was not great but overall it was a decent stay. It is not easy to figure out how to get to the parking garage from the lobby and we asked for directions and the desk clerk did not do a great job of explaining we ended up in the wrong garage and had to walk 360° around the building and walk down the ramp of the garage to get our car

Horrible Stay
Upon arriving at the hotel, I encountered Tyler at the front desk who was quite talkative. After finally making it to my room around midnight, I was ready to shower and go to bed. Unfortunately, I discovered what appeared to be a dog hair on my shower towel. I called downstairs to request new towels from room service. Tyler mentioned he would check if housekeeping was still available. I had to ask him to contact me back. When he did call back, he informed me that housekeeping was gone for the night. I then asked if he could place all new towels in a plastic bag for me to pick up. I had to put on clothes again to go downstairs for the towels. Upon arriving, I told him about the dog hair on my towel. To my frustration, he had laid out all my new towels on the counter where customer along with himself could have been sick and coughing over the counter. Staying calm and professional, I had to ask him multiple times to place them inside a plastic bag. After insisting, he finally placed them in a trash bag. Later, when I purchased items with cash, I had to ask Tyler to count my change back to me. Annoyingly, he placed my money on the counter instead of handing it to me directly and counting it back. His behavior was very rude and he talked excessively. I made a complaint the next morning, but nobody responded. I ended up staying there for four nights.
