Everyone was extremely helpful on site and went out of their way to make sure I was accomodated in spite of the difficulties they encountered with my stay.

Ck in time was 4 pm. We arrived at 5:15pm and told our room wasn't ready. We were told we could wait in their lounge/bar area for 30 to 45 minutes, but no offer of a comp cocktail while we waited. We checked in 45 minutes later and went to our room. An hour 1/2 later we went to their restaurant Flagstone. We sat down and waited. 25 minutes later I went to the bartender and had to ask if we could have a menu and order a drink. He gave me menu's, fixed us a drink and I took them to our table. There was a young Mexican girl waiting tables all around us but she never did acknowledge us. No one came to take our meal order or offer another cocktail. We waited another 20 minutes, then ask went to the bar and asked to speak to a manager. We were told he was ""on break". Again we waited another 20 minutes until we left without being able to order dinner. We'd been traveling all day, we were hungry and did not want to have to leave to go elsewhere since we had to pay $15 to park there. My husband went to the bar and gave the bartender cash for the two drinks we had asked for. After checking out the next morning, I checked my receipt (emailed) and had been charged an extra $60 over what my confirmation said my room charge would be. $15 of that was to cover the parking fee. Still $45 more than we were to be charged. We had no other incidentals. This is the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.

The individual at the front desk was very unhelpful and made the check in process very unpleasant. We had to change the dates of our original booking. Expedia verified with the hotel and they claimed they could not find it. They made us wait for over an hour before cancelling our booking and making us rebook it ourselves online.

Had to go back to front desk 3 times to finally get correct room that had 2 queen beds. By the time we got final room they failed to share that we were then in the wrong parking garage that was connected to our final tower. Front desk clerk never offered one apology for the trouble.

The start was bad from start to finish. We checked-in later in the evening (9:45 pm) and were told our room still was not ready because it was still being cleaned. The front desk employee was dismissive. When we got to the room it has only been partially cleaned. The bathroom specifically was not in great shape. The bedding was not fully made. The air conditioner was broken. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I could hear the man in the next room coughing all night just like he was in the room a couple of feet away from me. Next, paying to park at the hotel you are staying at when the parking is not covered or adequate is so displeasing. Will not stay at this location again unless I absolutely cannot find another place to stay as the items above are so important to me to get a good night's sleep and be able to leave my vehicle is a safe and secure place.
