upon our arrival and check in we witnessed a very sweaty guest come down to return their room key. While asking for a refund the person explained the reason they would not be staying there was the inability to control the room temperature and the dirty room. Very uncomfortable to hear and watch while checking in, with the staff just giving them a business card & a phone number to call, only to say “have a good night”. Checking into our room there was no plug for the bathtub, the shower & tub had dust and hair in it. the walls here are super thin you will hear your neighbors if you have any, spa closes at 7 and doesn’t open till 9 which was sad as it was the main reason for booking here

Not worth it.
Stay was not good. Website claims there is parking but they dont tell you that it costs 49 dollars a night. Website states there is air conditoning and there is not we had a box fan in our room and it was 83 degrees inside. Room was very small and very uncomfortable. Some staff were nice some were very rude. Will mever stay here again. I would devulge another 100 dollars spent on parking for a better hotel room that is honest about its amenties on its webdite.

Our room was 92 degrees when we arrived. After a few attempts to get someone to help and being told we couldn't change rooms, the repairman was able to arrange for us to change rooms. He was very friendly and tried to remedy our situation the best he could.

Overall I think my stay went well. Just no hot water for most of my stay, even after waiting close to 30 minutes for the hot water to come on. Another down side was that I couldn’t control the temp in my room.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Service was slow and seemed irritated constantly, our room was stuck at 78° the ENTIRE stay even though the thermostat was set to 69, parking was nonexistent so I could either valet for 40$ or park 3 blocks away. Overall not a good hotel and I would recommend everyone stay away from it when visiting downtown Denver.

When we entered our room it was registering 79 degrees; called downstairs and they sent a maintenance person to manually turn down the heater (no way to control it ourselves) and within 15 minutes it was 82 degrees in our room. He did bring a floor fan which we had to run all night; it was loud and totally prohibited sleep. There was no clock in the room; the toilet barely flushed and usually took 2-3 attempts to remove the bowl waste. The front desk was not particularly friendly and when I mentioned our dissatisfaction with our room the desk clerk said they were well aware and PLEASE leave a bad review so the owners might take the complaints seriously. The only good thing I could say about this facility was it was centrally located to our evening activities and the bed actually was decent.

Don't stay here.
There was no heat in the room--it was snowing out. when the engineer came he said the fan in the room wasn't working, didn't attempt to fix it and gave me a space heater, which I used for all 3 nights. The towels were ripped as was the shower curtain and the room was not very clean. I overheard the front desk person taking other calls from people who also had complaints about the water.
