In town for a few nights at a conference nearby. Comfortable suite. They provide water. Breakfast burrito at Apple Blossom restaurant downstairs was better than expected. Feels more like no bs business or family travel hotel. Not really luxury, although the robe was nice.

I have to say that our experience was disappointing. We had stayed at a Hyatt Centric in Philadelphia and based on that experience we chose the one in Denver. Yes, it was clean and it should be! But so many little things that we expect from a “4Star” place we’re not there. For instance, we had to ask for a small bag to put in ice container to get ice. There was no regular coffee pods. You get 3 bath towels and they were old and scratchy. “Because they are a “Green” Hotel - an excuse to cut cost - you had to call the front desk to have your room cleaned before 10am to get your room on the list, Otherwise you are out of luck until next day. The rooms are definitely small and crammed. Staff at the front desk were polite and one of them in particular, Austin was professional and apologetic about the things that were missing in our room. Wait staff lacked finesse and particularly the person who was working the bar her service and attitude was horrendous. It wasn’t an inviting place at all. The vibe was not one we have encountered at a Hotel that had 4 Stars. Not sure how those stars got there. If you’re traveling for pleasure this is not your place. If you’re traveling for business it’s adequate.

The hospitality was really great. I really enjoyed their staff. Those two gentlemen were very nice. I really really enjoyed the valet guys too. They were very friendly and quick. Everything was really nice. I really enjoyed the Apple blossom. They had the biggest pancake I’ve ever had in my life and it was the best.

The Front Desk staff was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and informative. The property is beautifully-kept and quite clean. Also, the food in the lobby restaurant is great and the staff are quite professional and attentive.
