The front desk person seemed to be newer. He gave us the keys for our room and we went on our way. We arrived at the hotel late from our flight, so it was about 1:00 in the morning. We opened up the room with the keys that we had been given and could see items crumpled up on the floor in the dark room and the beds clearly had people in them. It's a wonder we weren't shot by the poor unsuspecting people as we opened their door in the middle of the night!!! Super dangerous for all involved. The rooms could use some updating as well. Bathrooms seemed to be on the dirtier side too. We slept a few hours after our room ordeal but we couldn't wait to be out of there just a few hours later.Super unnerving!!

The area and lobby are beautiful. The staff was distracted when we checked in and forgot to process our room card which meant another trip to the desk to activate them. He was on the phone and asked a person standing by to do it. Our sink was seriously clogged when we got there and no one could help us. But the did give us a nasty plunger WE could try.

We had a king suite with a fold out couch. No bedding in the room for the fold out couch. Had to go down to the front desk and call again to ask for bedding to be brought up. This was at 9 pm and we wanted to go to bed. The bedding should have been in the closet of the room already. The front desk had a roof leak and dripping water on us during check in.. The floor tiles are all broke in the elevator floor. The faucet in our room moved around when you turn it on. The place needs some maintenance attention and more staff at the front desk. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Just because a hotel remodels doesn't mean it's better. Hot water was very slow to heat and toilet made a very loud noise the first time; had to push down handle twice to flush. Fire alarms went off twice within less than 48 hours at 2 am and 1230 am. Had to wait an hour til 3 am first time outside for firefighters to clear. Requested housekeeping at check-in on Thursday but didn’t get it until Saturday and no extra toilet tissue provided. TV channels were inaccurate on Guide so it was a crapshoot to surf. Breakfast was only until 8 am weekdays...guess they don't care about non- business folks or vacationers---an extra hour would be nice But then again it wasn't very good. Spend more on better! Won't stay here again.

The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. The staff at the hotel in the morning did not even acknowledge this. We should have been compensated or at the very least apologized to for the over an hour’s worth of noise and disruption.

Inside property is a little worn. VERY clean. The staff is what makes it worth the money. Welcoming and caring. Walls are a little thin so if you are a light sleeper this may be a challenge.
