Sleepless nights due to noise.

I’d asked for a room away from the elevators. The hotel confirmed. My room was 15 feet from the elevators. I couldn’t sleep either night due to all the noise. I’ll never stay at Magnolia again.

Had such an amazing time ! Great location and the atmosphere is great. Staff was amazing and they were so sweet. The milk and cookie in the evening were such a sweet touch. Overall it was a great experience.

Lack of overall guest satisfaction…

Considering the price we paid I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room. The windows were dirty, the window blinds were filthy, the bedroom window had lots of moisture built up on the inside and had to wipe it off in order to see out. The toilet would not refill up after each flush, I had to manually play with the flush valve and it would eventually start to fill up with water. There was a water leak coming from the shower/tub onto the carpet on the other side of the wall leading to the living room. The TV in the living room did not work , it kept saying no connection check cables, I called front desk and maintenance guy came up but it would come back on but went out again after about 15 min. It was a problem the whole stay. I got tired of calling front desk to let them know it wasn’t working. We just gave up. I called the desk to ask for a pillow, blanket, coffee/ cream and ice. They said they would have someone bring it up. 2 hours passed so I called again and the lady at the desk said she told someone to do it but that person did not want to do it. She brought it up herself. Besides all of the inconveniences I loved the space, the view, I did not expect perfection but it was not thoroughly prepared to ensure it was ready for guests. I would recommend someone follow up on maintenance and cleanliness. We walked by several employees throughout our stay and they were not attentive to the guests. I can’t remember anyone saying hello, not welcoming at all.

The hotel room was quite small, compared to something like a Hyatt. Did not have a fridge or microwave to my understanding, but that has no bearing on my review since it was probably clear in the amenities. Parking is a bit of a hassle here and the options aren’t very cheap, but that’s clear in the description and reviews — I chose this location due to proximity to the venue I was attending. The room was clean, but the bathroom was not — the sink was left uncleaned and the tub flooring had dirt residue on it that doesn’t come off. Despite this, the staff were attentive and nice and accommodated our concerns regarding cleanliness the best they could. Additionally, our toilet had an issue where it constantly was running, we had to jiggle the handle after each flush to get it to stop, sometimes in order to get it to flush as well. Fresh towels were provided each time we came back to our room. Every staff member interacted with, whether desk or janitorial, were pleasant and nice. Limited options for things such as water and snacks aside from what they set out in the lobby, which was one pitcher and small cups were provided. Sometimes cookies and there was candy. Overall, our stay here was pleasant for the weekend, but I would recommend a different hotel for a longer stay.

No sleep magnolia

Uncomfortable beds, nice pillows, big bathroom small single head shower, iron board raggedy and you can hear every single noise on your floor all night long, makes for a night eithout any sleep. Good car service, vibrant staff during the day but not so inviting later on in the shift (before night crew gets in). Located in a good spot but you're better off at a marriot with similar size, showers but better beds and more quiet.

Night Stay

It was a great night stay to end our honeymoon. Restaurants and shops were walkable short distance. They offered milk and cookies at 8pm, very nice touch. The staff was amazing! We had breakfast and it was delicious.
