All in all I was only there a few hours so take it for that but walked in the room and it was 62° AC was loud, couldn’t fully close the curtains and was on the first floor so that was not the best. Now the bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and clean. It was a 4out of 5 for what I needed that day.

staff don't tell you, nor is there a notice or room compendium but coffee/tea is only served at breakfast 6.30-9.00am. at no other time can you get a hot drink here. we waited over an hour for the airport shuttle and then waited for a staff member to man the front desk to check us in. the room was clean.

Get what you pay for.
So first off, maybe the smallest room I've stayed at, in a hotel in the USA. Making matters worst is the dresser drawer would NOT stay closed so I ran into it many times. LOTS of pain. Shower and bath area were nice but had ZERO places to hang anything, towels clothes, anything...Shower was the same, no shelf. Crazy. Staff was nice. Young kid, he was there ALOT it seems. Had a better attitude than the young girl, maybe he was newer. Cleaning staff seemed nice with little interactions I had with them. The saying is still true in this hotel... Get what you pay for.

This is very nice hotel and close to airport. But if you need to have airport shuttle. This will take a long time to wait at the airport. I wait more than 2 hours at Denver airport.

Problem with shuttle from airport to hotel
I think my room was newly renovated so no problem with it at all. The airport shuttle going to the airport was great but getting picked up from the airport the night before was not possible for me. I followed all the instructions waiting at door 512 on the 3rd island where all the hotels pick up customers. The front desk told me only once per hour but i had to give up changing to Lyft after waiting more than 1.5 hours. I could have taken Lyft earlier for a cheaper price as well. Therefore, it took me more than two hours to get to the hotel and paying a higher price for ride share.
