Kindness is key!!!
From the moment we checked in the staff made us feel like taking care of us was their main priority. The pool closed at 10 but the manager let us stay up in the dining area with our family of 14. We don’t get to see one another often so the time spent together was exactly what we needed. The next morning a staff member also went out of her way to get juice for my son. Not because we asked her to, but because she saw he couldn’t find it on his own. I let her know how much that blessed this mom! Definitely made a life long return customer out of our family!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The food was delicious (they go beyond continental breakfast -- they have dinner too!) This would have been a 5 plus stars from us, had it not been for the fact their pool was not operational when we came. We chose this spot FOR the pool, my daughter was SO disappointed. We paid $235 a night, and didn't get to swim and no discount for the unexpected inconvenience. Just disappointing.

This is a great value if you have young children or a large group and don't want to spend a bunch of money going out to eat this is the place for you! Basically you get a room breakfast, dinner and 3 free drinks for adults from 530 to 7 they also had free pop and popcorn. If you are not wanting to take advantage of the free food and are wanting a more relaxed atmosphere this probably isn't the place for you, this is an excellent choice for families I only wish I would have discovered it when my kids were much younger.
