CASETTA LUCIA - ancient central house

Restyled in 2025 !
After a few years and listening to all your reviews, we decided to make our home even more welcoming and pleasant by adding new furniture, decorations and equipment to make the spaces perfect for our guests.

Casetta Lucia is an independent accommodation, located between the two main squares of the historic center, which will allow you to experience Desenzano in every season of the year.
In front of the house there is a minimarket, a bakery, a greengrocer. Piazza Garibaldi (the area most lived by locals) is just around the corner, with its shops, bars, ice cream parlor and restaurants. The main square on the lake can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.

The house has the typical layout of old houses, and has an independent entrance in the living room/kitchen on the ground floor.
On the first floor we have a double bedroom with bathroom; on the second floor a large and bright family room with double bed plus bunk bed.
We can accommodate children in a cot.

The house is cool even in summer, since it is entirely made of stone. However, there is air conditioning in both bedrooms.

We have free fast wifi, washing machine, air conditioners.
Various parking lots, including free ones, are located a few steps from the house and we will provide you with directions on where to find them.

Guests will be free to use the house freely, but in respect of the neighborhood that lives there all year round.

I am available for emergencies 24 hours a day, but please respect the 9am/8pm timetable for non-urgent questions. We Hosts also suffer the stress of always being available. Thank you

We have a small camera that only records the entrance door from the outside, to check on the house when it is uninhabited.
