The villa is also just a few hundred meters from the major shopping centers in the "Il Leone" "Le Vele" area as well as from the "Lid'l" "Esselunga" supermarkets.

- The independent kitchen also located on the ground floor includes every comfort such as the presence of every indispensable appliance (dishwasher, coffee machine with pods, microwave, etc. etc. ) as well as a table and chairs to enjoy an indoor breakfast in case of bad weather.

In case of arrival between 19.00 and 23.30 there is a supplement of Euro 50 to be paid in cash upon arrival in the hands of the hostess.
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 300. The deposit will be collected upon check-in and released in cash on the day of departure if there is no material damage.
