Palm Garda beach is a wonderful indipendent Villa located in a residential area a few steps from the heart of the historic center of Desenzano.
Desenzano del Garda boasts a strategic position to reach and visit the main towns and famous cities of northern Italy including Brescia and Verona in 30 minutes, Milan 60 minutes and Venice and Florence in about 90 minutes.
In the historic center of the town, about 500 meters from the hotel, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, the "Desenzanino" beach, the port, bars, pizzerias and restaurants for a lunch or dinner overlooking Lake Garda.
Palm Garda Beach consists of a large garden that surrounds the entire house and has two independent entrances.
Entering the house we find an eat-in kitchen equipped with all appliances, items and comforts. We are then greeted by a living room with sofa bed, smart TV, and dining table with chairs. From the aisle we enter the sleeping area of the structure, consisting of two double bedrooms with wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables; a bathroom complete with toilet, shower and bidet. Behind the kitchen, you will find a flight of stairs which leads to the splendid rumpus room located on the lower floor of the building. Here we find an independent laundry room and a further dining room where you can enjoy a dinner or a Happy hour with friends or family. On the ground floor there is also a further independent double bedroom as well as the second bathroom of the structure complete with shower cabin.
The strong point of this villa are undoubtedly the open spaces, in the large garden surrounded by olive trees there is a comfortable above ground swimming pool (400cm long x 200cm wide x 120cm deep) there is a dining table , sunbeds and a wonderful brick barbecue for your grills.
We are sure that you will spend an unforgettable holiday in this corner of paradise called: Lake Garda.
The presence of high-speed wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, three smart TVs (living room, rumpus room and in one of the bedrooms), bed linen and towels, and 3 private parking spaces, complete the description of this exclusive property.
The villa was renovated in February 2023 and in the same period was added the swimming pool.

Check in time for this apartment is from 15.00 to 19.00, for arrivals after 19.00 and up to 23.30 there is a supplement of Euro 50.00

Great time in Desansano
Our family had a great time at Desansanoloft. It was very spacious for our group. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is 12 min walk to a beautiful train station building. We used trains to go to Milan, Verona and Venice. The little corner store provided fresh groceries for our needs. We used Lidl store which is 5 min away by car, for bigger grocery shopping. The town center and the lakefront are in the walking distance (15 min) also. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Local ferry took us to a very pretty town of Sirmione. We also used city beaches, where water shoes are helpful because of the small stones rather than sand. The area is safe and both of our cars fited in the gate secured driveway. The garden is pleasant in the evening but you do need mosquito spray. Kids enjoyed the above ground pool. We liked the laundry machine as we were in continuing our Italian adventure for another week. It was very hot during our stay and the AC did a decent job but it is not a modern system many Americans are used to. We loved our stay and would recommend the location for families groups of adults.

Mooi huis met veilige parking. Super goed gelegen.
Zeer ruime en goed gelegen woning. Rustige ligging niet ver van het centrum. Ruime en veilige parkeergelegenheid bij het huis. Woning was niet correct voorbereid. Problemen met wifi en verwarming. Agentschap heeft dit zeer goed opgelost, maar dit wil je liever vermijden op vakantie. Verder een zeer fijne vakantie gehad.
