Family Spring Break Getaway
This was a perfect fit for our family of 5. The house is very nice and clean, kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor space is great. Jacuzzi and pool are amazing. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Grocery shopping and restaurants are a short drive away.Communication was also great.Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Very Pleasant Accommodations
Neighborhood is quite. Kitchen is equipped with all that you would need during your stay. Patio has table, chairs and recliners for comfort. Area is windy during some months, but that wasn't a problem with our visit. Hiking trails and cultural sites (museums, etc.) are within 25 to 40 minutes, including Joshua Tree National Park. Would recommend the location and hosts can be contacted easily.

Lovely home and pool in quiet neighborhood
My husband and I enjoyed very much our 9 nites staying at this spotless home with high ceilings, pretty pool, hot tub part and gas barbeque. The neighborhood backs up against the hills, with a beautiful view of the mountains, and is supremely quiet. The kitchen had everything we could want, including spices. Comfortable mattresses. Plenty of towels. Fans moved a lot of air; this well-insulated house did not need heat or air conditioning during our stay. Close to spas.Owner easy to reach. Easy check in process.We look forward to staying here again!

Great location for access to Coachella Valley & Joshua Tree NP
We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Communications with the property owner were great, from pre-trip, to during, to post-trip. The immediate neighborhood is nice. The property is clean and has a great pool and hot tub, and the outdoor area has ample space to relax in the backyard. We used the grill on 1 occasion; it was reasonably clean and easy to start. The morning views of Mt. San Jacinto to the SW were nice, and on our final day we took the aerial tramway to the top. The home is positioned in between Joshua Tree National Park to the north, and the Coachella Valley to the SE. It a straight drive south to downtown Palm Springs (20-30 minutes away), and the airport it about 30 minutes as well. We arrived on October 12th, which was perfectly timed, as it was the last day of 100 degree temps. Temp highs were in the low 90's for most of our stay, until weeks end when it was in the low 80's. We did not opt for pool heat, which wasn't necessary as the pool stayed around 76 degrees until week's end; if you want to use the pool after October you should opt for the heat; we only opted for heat in the hot tub which we took full advantage of. The house has plenty of room with 3 bedrooms. The only unexpected thing (to us) was that the garage did not have a garage door opener. So we took our bags through the front door on arrival and departure, and just left the car parked in the driveway during our stay. It's a nice rental property for both small or larger groups.

This place was perfect for our family. The pool was great and all necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was a short distance away from Palm Springs and the Outlet malls. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.

Mother’s Day
We had a wonderful weekend with family for Mother’s Day. Great house, clean and had everything we needed. Great place for the little ones (had a toddler) and adult. Lots of kitchen supplies for making meals. The pool was wonderful! Comfortable beds and not too far from the airport. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect house for the weekend
What a great weekend we had staying at this house. The host allowed us to checkin a few hours early since we were going to be in town early. We were there for a wedding. The house was clean and so cute. The pool was perfect. The neighborhood seems to be ok but there were sketchy areas around it. No big deal though. Overall, absolutely great house and host!

Peaceful getaway
Amazing quiet location, central to everything we wanted to do. Went to Joshua Tree twice and explored Palm Springs and several other hiking/nature areas around there. What questions we had Lora answered right away. Kids loved the spa and cooling off in the pool. Late night tournaments on the hot shot basketball game are a must. Kids were 11-12-14 and loved it.

This was a perfect place for my family of 5 and in-laws to stay. We enjoyed daily morning swims followed by hikes and or trips to local sites and ended with a night swim most of the nights. Great area to have morning walks and run and very comfortable beds.

Beautiful Home
First of all I would like to rate this house a 5 STAR....It has been one of our best vacations ever. The house was absolutely beautiful and it had absolutely everything you can think of from dish soap to laundry detergent, body washes, etc. and the fact that every room had a TV was amazing. Being in the pool and hot jacuzzi tub surrounded by mountains and palm trees felt great. Nate and Lora were amazing - every single time we contacted them they responded within minutes. Clean and pleasant home with helpful hosts
Nathan and Lora clearly have pride of ownership and care about their guests having a good experience. Their home was very clean and well-appointed with very reasonable rules and standards. Although we were mainly visiting Palm Sorings, Desert Hot Springs was a less expensive option and only 20-25 minutes away.

This property was an ideal halfway point for accessing Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. We could easily access both locations from this base. The pool was an inviting afternoon treat. Our daughter could not get enough of the pool!..

Had a great stay at Nate & Lora's. The house was very clean, and my kids loved the pool. Nate was very helpful and responsive when I needed help figuring out the pool/jacuzzi heater. Convenient drive times to downtown Palm Springs and the Cabazon Dinosaurs. Would recommend!

Nice, clean place in a good location
The house was very clean and seemed to be recently remodeled. Everything worked fine and was comfortable. The kids loved the extra amenities like the air hockey tables as well as the pool and hot tub. Nate and Lora were great hosts - checked in on us regularly to ensure everything was ok and were very responsive to helping resolve any questions quickly. We chose this property because of its location in easy driving distance to many of the features in the area - from Joshua Tree National Park to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. We had a great time and would recommend this place if you are looking to do more in the area than just hang out in Palm Springs!
