There is ongoing construction occurring at the Aegean through 2025. Due to the construction on this unit being completed, there should be minimal disturbances. The walkway between Building 2 and the pool will be shut down during the work on that side of the building. Please be advised, there is a working barricade between the back of the building and construction traffic. Please also be advised that your party will need to go around the work being done. Please be advised that the pool will be closed due to surrounding construction until January 8, 2025. If you have any questions, please inquire before you book.
Location, Location, Location! Step out your door from your beachfront condo and only have a one minute walk to the beach which makes it super convenient to make runs up to the condo. The master bath features two separate showers for maximum efficiency when getting everyone cleaned up after a day at the beach. The king size bed frame and mattresses are all new.
The second bedroom has updated flooring as well as two brand new full size bed frames and mattresses.
The hallway between the two bedrooms houses a full sized washer and dryer as well as the custom built brand new bunk beds perfect for kids.
The owner has also added technology to the heating and air conditioning system specifically designed to clean the airflow in the unit of toxins, dust, mold, viruses and bacteria. This means healthier indoor air flowing throughout the unit.
