Youd be better off sleeping in your car. Roach invested. They do not clean anything. Poop smeared on the toilet. Terrible. We asked for a room change. The 2nd room was just as bad. Refused refund, stating id have to see the manager in the morning. No managers.

Disgusting place filled with homeless people

Horrible and disgusting place to stay, surrounded by homeless junk people in the lobby and all around the property. Did not feel safe with my family, After 30 mins, booked another place at the same price. Dirty, filthy tubs, beds and couches. No fridge or microwave and ice services. Not sure why Expedia/Hotels.com lists this filthy place. I am asking for a refund.

Not my best experience

The condition of the place was not great. Floors unsticking to the ground. The elevator worked twice. Had to use the stairs to go down. In the stairwell, a stain in the corner that looked like blood. When going back up the stairs, could not enter the stairwell. No doorknob. So had to walk all the way back towards the desk to find another stairwell. Opened the door and was slammed in the face with the odor of feces. It was strong.

If you REALLY need a hotel it works; but DONT.

The overall cleanliness of this hotel left a lot to be desired. There are no smoking signs printed out everywhere but you can smell both cigarette and pot lingering in the air. There are also signs saying no hoods up allowed in the lobby and that the doors will close at a certain time. You got catcalled whether you were entering or exiting the hotel. Checking in I was told I could either have a twin or a queen size bed, even though I booked a King size bed, and only got the King size bed once I showed the reservation confirmation email. The hallways have patchwork flooring where they’ve repaired water damage and hollow flooring. The room had water damage to the ceiling above the shower as well as trim missing from the walls. I only took ONE photo of this hotel and it was the outside of the lobby when we decided to check out early and leave because I would have rather driven back the three hours home to sleep in my own bed.
