Weekend getaway

Weekend get away trip. Staff was courteous and helpful. I appreciated the fact that our request for a shower chair was taken care of in advance. Many times we have gone to hotels where they ignore the request and then are scrambling to take care of them when we arrive. My husband has a prosthetic leg so a shower chair is a necessity. Will definitely stay here again.

Called to ask how late the pool and hot tub were open. Although I was given the time that they were open, I wasn’t informed that the hot tub was nonfunctional. Or that the pool was not heated. This was the primary purpose of my stay.

The elevator was out of order, the ice machine out of order, the toilet wouldn’t fill in the room and when we called down there was no maintenance available until morning (when we were leaving) they told us to just take the back off every time we use it and lift the lever inside, there was Cheetos and Reese’s PB cups candy wrappers on the floor between the beds and more wrappers between the bed and the loveseat and the mini fridge in the room has a short in the wire so it would only turn on if something was touching the wire which is a total fire hazard. Again, we called about this but no maintenance so we were told to just unplug it. We had food to store in it that we weren’t able to put in it. And lastly the hot tub was out of order. The staff was not helpful and not friendly.

A good hotel for a great price. I wish the hot tub was up and running when i stayed but it was ok because they have a sonna, a pool, and a gym. The breakfast was good also. I would definitely be returning.

Elevator for our wing was not working. Had an extremely long walk from the elevator by front desk. Or we could have went up stairs to the third floor! Very inconvenient. Very noisy at midnight from nearby rooms. Never stay here again.
