Arrived at 3:30 pm room not available. Only two in housekeeping and one called off. Tv needed batteries.Phone didn’t work. Maintenance staff came to my room without an ID and in street clothes. Night management making escort room friends reservations after 10 pm. Not near the standard of other courtyard I stayed at a few weeks ago in Michigan. Understand they are renovating but not acceptable to change for subpar accommodation and dirty torn hallway rugs. Did not feel comfortable showing and having my feet exposed to the tub. Will choose elsewhere next months

I ordered a king room online days before and was stuck with a double bed. I was not made aware they did not have a king available. I checked in late so I was stuck with what the double. I was embarrassed because i had a guess and i was responsible for booking. Its advertised as a 3 star and it was more like 2! I did not receive services and the room had an oder!!

The hotel was comfortable and quiet; however, it was often difficult to find someone at the front desk. This was most frustrating at check-in when I had to wander around looking for someone for 10 minutes.

Check in at 3pm to an unclean room. Was told i could get another room in 2 hours. Upon my return i was told my original room was ready, only to find out that it wasn't cleaned at all. I returned to the front desk in pure disgust, the night clerk gave me another room that was clean. Finally, if my kids weren't already settled in my other room, i would have left this establishment. I checked in at 3 and didn't enter a clean room until 830.

I checked in at 3 PM, but unfortunately, my room was not ready as the staff were still working on cleaning. While this was a bit inconvenient, the room itself was clean once I got settled, and I appreciated the balcony—it added a nice touch. The hotel, however, does feel like it could use some updates. I believe I saw a sign indicating that renovations are planned, which is promising. In the meantime, the hallways could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, and the carpet definitely needs replacing. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some improvements would enhance the experience.
