Guests on 3rd floor keep stomping on the floor at night time around 11 pm and we complained few times to the front desk. The staff said they will attend the complain but guests still keep making noise and banging on the floor. We could not sleep till almost 1 AM.

Our first room was never cleaned. The staff was very apologetic and gave me points for my rewards. We stayed 4 nights and each night we had to get our room keys rekeyed. The free breakfast was okay, not the best.

The air conditioner in the room didn't work. The toilet had a hard time flushing, took several attempts each time. We asked to change rooms and were given a key to a room that wasn't cleaned so stayed in original room. Breakfast was good.

Great place to stay but the traffic management in the local area is a nightmare while roadworks are going on. Not the hotel’s fault, but didn’t help our vacation at all!
