Pancake machine was not working properly and had to shut it down in the middle of the business rush. The large fruit bowl had several moldy oranges and the staff did not notice until I had to point it out. Did not know on day 1 that alternative milk options were available, Silk Almond Milk. It was noticed on day 2 in the cooler.

Best hotel staff

The hotel was super clean, bed was just what my aching back ordered, most of the breakfast was the usual fare with the exception of the gravy and biscuits . They were second only to my wife’s. But the star of this show was Christiana the evening clerk. She was so helpful but the smile and laugh truly made feel welcome.

We discovered the 2nd day that our tv was not working correctly (bad picture quality). The fix was for us to change rooms. It was ok with us to do that but a took an hour for the maintenance to tell the front desk that we needed to be moved

First room they gave us the toilet didn’t flush, 2nd room they gave us the tub for stopped up after one shower and there’ was 2 of us. They only offered me points and it wasn’t even enough for a free stay!

The hotel is pretty clean because it’s fairly new. I was unable to cool the room below 72 at night. I spoke to the front desk upon checkout the next morning. They said they’d credit some points to my account, which is appreciated, but has NOT yet happened.
