Great family stay
This was one of the nicest hotels in the area. We had 2 boys with us and they lived the room and the pool! Excellent breakfast and nice staff.

I requested a 1 hour extension of our check out time the day prior to departure. My request was denied because I had "booked my stay through Expedia and I was not a Hyatt Club member." It was then implied that if I accepted their invitation to join Hyatt Club my request would be reconsidered. Blackmail doesn't work against me. Very, very poor customer service.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and early Christmas getaway and were excited to see the beautiful decorations. The location is convenient and this hotel has the most comfortable beds!
