The hotel is beautiful and accommodations are clean. Parking was $20. I thought $15 charge for amenities was the parking fee. When asked at the check-in, there was not much of an explanation from the woman at the desk. She could have been more polite. Not a good way to start out.

It was decorated beautifully for the upcoming holidays. The staff were all so cordial. Loved that the hotel bar was open for a nightcap after the show at The Roxy.
