I do a lot of traveling for work.. and this is the hotel I pick every single time as I know. It's going to be clean, quiet and convenient.. the front desk staff is always so helpful and pleasant

The room is out of date. Carpet was soaked from the air conditioning running with a mildew smell. Carpet is fraying in a lot of place and paint peeling all over the wall, mainly in the bathroom. Not a comfortable stay.

I don’t like that the front desk tells you if you want to extend your stay just come down to the front desk and let a front desk clerk no that you want to extend your stay.Well this didn’t happened to me thank god I didn’t plan on extending my stay like I planned. But while I was there a lady waiting in line went to the front desk to extend her stay and that she was told that the people overnight told her to come to the front desk before checkout time. Well the lady came down before checkout time to exstend her stay but the front desk clerk told her sorry it’s the weekend I can’t extend the stay. The customer was mad and then I told the lady they told me the same thing the night before but thank god I didn’t extend it. I feel the hotel should not tell people to come down before check out to extend their stay if they want and then don’t let them because they can lose business for false advertisement.

The photos on the web are not at all representative of reality. This hotel may have been nice at some point but has not been maintained. Rooms are dirty (stains and dust everywhere) and very outdated. I would not even sit on the couch. The walls were stained with coffee and juice. The bed only had two sheets on it, so I was freezing all night long. I did ask for a blanket for the second night, and they asked me to come and get one at the front desk. It was a small unsoft thin brown blanket. The room temperature was 79 degrees when I arrived. The AC did work but it took a while. After ONE HOUR wait at the airport for the Shuttle (I had to call 5 times, and they were always telling me the shuttle would be there any minute), we arrived later at night and were hungry. The restaurant is old, empty and very boring with jukebox music. They only served fried appetizers (fries, onion rings, wings, popcorn shrimps, cheeze sticks etc.), which they give you in a styrofoam box in a plastic bag. In other words: "Please don't eat here and leave!" Same with the drinks. Your Gin&Tonic will be served in a plastic cup with a lid! The barmaid was nice, but she was exhausted and wanted to go home. Breakfast was very basic, but OK, considering it is free, I guess. The ambiance is an absolute catastrophe. You can hear the crickets under this hospital-like lighting. It's bad. I would not return to this place and don't recommend it. At all.
