Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, pet-friendly room but needs some updates. Excellent variety of items at continental breakfast. Didn't go in pool area. Restaurant next door was really good. Would stay here again.

The room was small but was clean. Didn’t realize that it was like a motel 6 instead of a typical hotel! The pool was cold and not heated, hot tub was lukewarm but the slide was fun to go down. For the price it was okay but probably won’t be coming back to stay here in the future. This was the first hotel that I have stayed at with a 8ft 6 inch deep pool so if you have little kids make sure they have life jackets and your kids know how to swim!

Thr pool was really cold and had several bugs in it. The hot tub wasn't hot. The room was way too warm to sleep.

Decent stay, but don’t expect much from pool.
Staff was friendly and informative! The lobby is homey and warm. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. So most things were decent for the price. I rated a bit low because of the pool. We chose this hotel based on the pool. The pool and water slide were FREEZING! The hot tub was luke warm. The floor was slippery and chipping paint which stuck to our feet and there were no towels.

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Guest room was fine and well kept. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was good. Pool area was a huge disappointment. Three hot tub was tepid at best. Three pool was cloudy and cold, and the water in the waterslide was BROWN.

I booked the room because they had a waterslide and pool. The pool area was not open, i had a 4 year od that waa looking forward to swimming. I went to the front desk and why the pool ares was all locked up, and this was there response, oh it is ? They said they would look into it. Heard nothing back. So i went to the front desk again. So after 3 hours of waiting it still wasn't open. So we left. I was not happy.

We couldn't use the pool or spa at all as it was broken. The heat in the room was unable to be turned down so slept with no blankets, and oor room was next to an exteroir door for guest to go tothe second floor rooms that slammed so hard when anyone went in or out it shook the wall. Do not stay in room 35!!!

Staff was fantastic and apologetic. Friendly and kind and considerate. The staff is definitly not the problem here. Hot tub was broken and the chemical mix was so bad it had me crying and coughing . 4 Flys in bathroom of my room and some other flying insect I didnt recognise. Mystery stain on comforter I threw off bed. I had driven for several hundred miles so I didn't bother to go to the front desk to change rooms because I had no hope it would be any different. Please update your property and fix your ammenities.

Very nice place for the price. Staff was nice and efficient. The first time I stayed I was down below. This time my room was up top. Has train tracks across the street. Trains were annoying. First time I couldn’t hear it at all. So request a room in lower complex. Has cool water slide and swimming pool plus jacuzzi. Wasn’t very warm really. I enjoyed it the first stay. Which led me to returning.
