Room carpets were dirty and stained.looks like they are old and no one cleans them.i had to upgrade my room to delux room. I had made booking from USA with hefty amount of dollars.was very disappointing experience. Dining at Edge was excellent with great food and good choices. Staff was excellent all over.especially in dining room.Ajay,Aman,Naresh and Abhinav were great and helpful. Ajay deserves 5 star for his cordiality. Santosh the cleaning lady was always smiling with friendly behaviour. Chef was excellent.Enjoyed vegetarian dishes for dinner.Very tasty and not too heavy Breakfast was awesome with soo many choices.Chefs were great and wuick service Overall enjoyed very much except for room This critique is to make Radison better place Dr Amrit Nayar

Amazing service... right from check in to check out... very good food options... breakfast & dinner had lot of options and the live singer at the restaurant was too good.... special mention to Vishal - who served us at the restaurants for his service and efficient service.
