Beautiful view
Absolutely beautiful view, the house sits directly on the beach! Quiet town in the off season, would love to return during summer when more restaurants/adventures are open/available.

Bellissima casa con ampi spazi zona living -esterna ,ma avrebbe bisogno di più accuratezza e manutenzione.ottima posizione sulla spiaggia e un mare pulitissimo.

Bella casa, bella spiaggia, peccato la sporcizia
Casa molto bella ma molto trascurata, non pulita e con bidè e lavatrice non utilizzabili, abbiamo dovuto aspettare l'operaio che sistemasse, la lavatrice il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo, il bidè la settimana successiva. Il girdino invaso dalle formiche , almeno 5 o 6 formicai, non siamo riusciti a debellarle... La proprietaria gentile. Il mare a giorni bellissimo a giorni sporco, impraticabile a causa della schiuma grigio giallastra presente in superficie in quantità. Vacanza... ci siamo adattati

Ottima soluzione direttamente sulla spiaggia
Ottima posizione direttamente su ampia spiaggia non molto affollata. Appartamento ampio con spazio esterno idoneo per pranzare all'aperto. Possibilità di parcheggio auto anche se all'esterno della casa ma comunque all'interno del parco. Ben accessoriata con lavatrice,lavastoviglie, microonde, ventilatori a soffitto. L'impianto idraulico sanitario necessita di rifacimento. L'impianto elettrico necessita di manutenzione. L'accesso alla zona notte al 1^ piano tramite scala a chiocciola non è molto confortevole. Consigliabile l'installazione di zanzariere. Nel complesso il soggiorno è da considerarsi soddisfacente soprattutto per chi è in cerca di una vacanza senza stress direttamente sul mare.

beautifull house at the beach
A house with the garden right at the beach. Just open the gate and you are there. A perfect and unique beach holly day spot!! ( no plastic) We stayed there from 1 until 10 July, with 5 persons and loved it. Only Italian families on the beach and it seemed that we were the only foreigners. The house is big enough for 6 people, 2 big bedrooms and one smaller. It is well equipped with glasses, plates, pans, wash machine, etc etc. The 2 big bedrooms are facing the sea with a balcony. And there is a nice garden launch set, to have breakfast outside. There are off course thinks that could be a little better ( the shower and dishwasher where leaking and yes the doors could be locked a little better and no WIFI ) but putting all the pluses and minus together; it was great !! The small town of Diamante is a nice old village and is about 2 KM away, nice for a walk and to go for dinner. The owner Isabella is nice and attentive, she showed us the the nearby food store and made the house cleaned halfway our stay and also brought new towels. A place to relax and go back to.

Schöne Strandwohnung mit Instandhaltungsrückstau
Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand in einer eingezäunten Anlage, deren Tor jedoch stets offen stand. Es beinhaltet 2 Wohnungen und ist ungewöhnlich geteilt, nämlich unten längs und oben quer. Dadurch gehört der gesamte obere meerseitige Balkon, an dem 2 große Schlafzimmer liegen, zur Mietwohnung, ein 3. Schlafzimmer besitzt ein Fenster zur Seite. Das Erdgeschoß besteht aus einem großen Raum, vom durch Schiebetüren abtrennbaren Küchenbereich mit Esstisch und vorgelagertem Balkon auf der Straßenseite über die Diele, von der noch ein kleiner Raum mit Schiebetür als Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine abgetrennt ist, bis zum 2 Stufen höher gelegenen Wohnzimmer, von dem die enge Treppe ins Obergeschoss abgeht. Vor dem Wohnzimmer Richtung Meer liegt eine geräumige gut möblierte und teilweise überdachte Terrasse, davor und daneben ein paar Sufen tiefer eine Grasfläche und noch eine geflieste Terrasse. Zum Strand aus Kiesel- und Sandstreifen (und den mittlerweile unvermeidlichen Kunststoffresten) ist das Grundstück durch eine Mauer mit Tür getrennt. Eigentlich ein rares Objekt und eine ideale Situation, wären da nicht die zahlreichen Mängel an der Einrichtung. Angefangen von den kaum zu schließenden Fenstertüren über die Putzschäden innen und außen an Wänden und Decken, den schlecht befestigten Installationsgegenständen im geruchsbelasteten Bad und den schadhaften Elektroinstallationen (offene Verteilerdosen oben an den Wänden, verschmorte Steckdose am Nachttisch, TV mit demselben Programm auf allen Kanälen). Zwar ist ein Gebäude am Meer höheren Belastungen durch Erosion ausgesetzt und hat einen gesteigerten Unterhaltungsbedarf; dem muss man aber nach Möglichkeit entsprechen. Dass den Gästen beim Öffnen der Markise mehrere Liter rostgefärbtes Wasser über die Füße läuft, lässt sich jedoch nicht mehr der aggressiven Seeluft anlasten! Gleichwohl: Wer sich mit den Einschränkungen abfinden mag, kann hier bestimmt schöne Tage am Meer verbringen!
