The manager and maintenance staff were kind and patient. The room was surprisingly large amd comfortable. We felt safe and rested well.

Although the kitchen floor looked clean, when I dripped some liquid and wiped the floor, the towel showed how dirty it really was. Maybe the bathroom then too?

Great Place to stay.
Great place to stay with a kitchenette with stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. For the price it’s almost unbelievable.

This hotel is horrible. It was exceptionally dirty. There was junk all over the bathroom floor and the kitchenette was filthy. We were simply passing through and one was only staying less than 12 hours but it was not a good experience. No one was available when I went back downstairs upon seeing the state of the room and we were exhausted after travel so stayed although I went back to the car to get our own pillow and blanket. There was still no one available in the morning when we were leaving at 6:00. The shutter was closed with a sign saying open at 9:00 and only call front desk if an emergency. The kicker was the sign outside the elevator requiring all guests to take out their own trash or they would have a $25 fee (for first offense) added to their bill. I have never heard of such a thing. This hotel should be removed from Expedia.

This is more of an apartment building than a hotel. The room had coffee and a coffee maker, but no cups to put coffee in. They said they could drop one off in a couple hours….thanks.

Don't forget to take the garbage out.
We were very disappointed with our stay at Suburban Studios. No lighting at the bed, only a sheet for cover on the bed, not a very good mattress at all. To end the stay, we were told we had to take our garbage out when we left. No thank you, we will not be staying at a Suburban Studio again.
