The lavishly renovated, listed farmhouse in Riederau am Ammersee (17J 1770) with 260 sqm living space is the jewel for up to 11 guests with a sense for the special and well-known as the Gründerhof and former museum Stohrerhof. With its 10 rooms, 4 fireplaces, a 1000 sqm garden, its historic chapel and many extras you do not miss anything. Jetty, beach and of course the Ammersee are within walking distance 10 minutes from the farm. 3 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity in the village. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside the front door.

The impressive, charming house:
Even if you stand in front of this stately estate of Riederau and opens the beautiful historic front door, you get the feeling of having arrived at a special place. Here one senses directly that modernity and the past were carefully and convincingly linked.

The spacious hall (22sqm) on the ground floor with direct and indirect lighting and central smoke detectors and USM Haller shelves, provides direct access to all rooms. In addition to the bright wardrobe (5sqm) with a shoeshine machine you can directly into the historic farmhouse parlor (28sqm) with its beautiful basic oven, a jukebox and games and a large room table, which was created from the ancient floorboards of the living room floor. All furniture has been lovingly designed by outstanding carpenters. The chairs were made in single-make especially for this room high quality and individually. In this house we have left nothing to chance. We especially value the historical demolition of this room with its old wooden ceiling and the original farm door from the 18th century. Placed.

Directly to the room is the modern and fully equipped joiner's kitchen (20sqm), with high quality kitchen appliances. Next to the kitchen you enter the lounge (21sqm), which with a sofa bed (1.90 x 2.00) equipped two guests can serve as a bedchamber. This room is equipped with another fireplace. Let yourself fall in the cozy room for the most beautiful hours of the day. Different light scenes are already programmed and can be called up directly via the switches. And those who like it quite simply just use the base lighting, which incidentally can also be used throughout the house as an option.

Also from the spacious hall you reach one of our bedrooms (30sqm) with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), and a single bed (0.90 x 2.00) with direct access to the large 1.000 sqm garden , This is followed by the tasteful bathroom (8sqm) with underfloor heating and towel dryer, which is tiled with the highest quality Canadian green slate on. In addition to the shower with Dornbracht fittings, the exclusive onyx washbasin impresses. Of course, high quality towels are available for every guest.

The former chamber (13 sqm) of the manor is our third bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00). This is also adjacent to the tasteful bathroom.

On the ground floor you can also use the washing machine and dryer, if the holiday wardrobe you bring along should go out. A vacuum cleaner is also available.

The historic wooden staircase leads directly into the stately upper floor with another four rooms. The light-flooded hall provides direct access to the beautiful and bright bedroom / living room (28sqm) with two high-quality Lambert lobby armchairs and an exclusive leather sofa bed by Franz Fertig (1.80 x 2.00) for two and timeless USM Haller shelves. In addition to the high-quality music system (Bluetooth capable of connecting any smartphone or tablet) with impressive designer boxes are of course also a high-quality record player and a CD changer with an extensive CD collection, and games for the family. We would be very much attached to you if our generosity could also be experienced by subsequent guests and the system and CD's do not decimate unnecessarily. The fireplace in this room invites you to many cozy hours with a cozy glass of wine. Firewood is provided in sufficient quantity directly at the house. Alternatively, you can enjoy the TV program of the day in this room via the large flat screen.

The three other rooms upstairs are the dressing room (20sqm), a bedroom (21sqm) with double bed (1.60 x 2.00), and the 30sqm bathroom (heated floor, towel dryer) with shower, bath, fireplace and one of two Side walk-in WC with bidet. All these rooms stand out for their modernity, but also for their exceptionally exclusive appointments, with fine Jatoba flooring, Canadian green slate, freestanding bathtub, open fireplace, spacious shower room with heated shaving mirror, onyx washbasin and last but not least high quality Dornbracht fittings. In the bedroom there is also another TV available. High quality towels and bathrobes are of course available on this first floor for each guest.

The garden:
Of course, we do not want to forget the more than 1,000 square meters, particularly beautiful farm garden with mature trees, many flowers and the two large terraces, which you can directly reach from the kitchen. Of course, a professional gas grill is available to entertain your friends. The eye-catcher is our Traidkasten (Granary) from the year 1695, as well as the Asian beach chairs and lamps in the garden area. In the evening you can let the trees shine directly. Seating is available in three different places for 12 people in the garden or on the terraces. The large umbrellas protect you when necessary from the hot sun.

Our chapel:
If you want to organize an intimate wedding or a memorial, our own small listed chapel for up to 25 people offers a worthy place. Just contact us for use. We are happy to open this room for you. We will gladly inform you about the usage fee of the chapel on request.

Ein tolles Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort
Der Stohrerhof ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und die Übernahme war sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig.

Denkmalgeschütztes Objekt in Top-Zustand
Wir haben als Familie zu elft wegen einer Geburtstagsfeier das Wochenende im Haus verbracht und sind restlos begeistert. Die Familie Schröder hat hier ein wahres Juwel geschaffen. Wenn Sie ein Haus mit Geschichte suchen, welches im Inneren aber den Vergleich in Sachen Komfort und Luxus mit Top-Hotels nicht zu scheuen braucht, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Traumhafter Garten inklusive. Und selbst zu elft kann man sich locker aus dem Weg gehen, so viel Platz gibt es im und ums Haus. Herr Schröder ist ein überaus freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen.
