The view from the road across the street was amazing, the hot tub/sauna area was nice, clean and relaxing. The room was decent, outdated but alright. The bathroom shower curtain was very dirty and moldy. When brought to the attention of the front desk receptionist in a nice way for possible next guests she completely disregarded us and was just very rude in general. Recommend the views though for sure!

When I booked, I did not realize that there is no A/C. Even in the mountains in the fall, it gets warm. The hotel is older and the exterior warm. Even with a box fan running, the room was too warm. On a good note, the staff members were pleasant and accommodating, and the bed comfortable.

The gentleman that checked me in was awesome. I was tired from driving 15 hrs quick and easy check in. Great customer service. The breakfast was great as well. I will be coming back again and staying longer to explore the area more.

Comfortable room overall, but no safety lock from the inside, which was not good for children who could easily open the door; we had to prop the door with a chair to keep family safe. Wished there was more room for children in the meal area...felt very crammed.

Property has no AC our room was 80 degrees. The front desk gave us a box fan and suggested us to put it in the window. I was not comfortable with leaving the window open while my family was sleeping. Especially not being familiar with the area we were in. The room had squeaky floors and carpet would turn your feet black.
