3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of our house with separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with WIFI and router, making telecommuting easy. Recent renovation: fitted kitchen, shower room, bedrooms equipped with a 180 cm king-size bed (or 2 90 cm beds); a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm bed + baby equipment. One of the advantages is that the night and day areas are separated by a door, so you can use both areas at the same time, in complete peace and quiet. Beds will be made up on arrival and towels provided. A play area with puzzles, games and books is available for children. Books are available for everyone.
On request, we provide independent access to the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The apartment is in a very quiet area, 300 m from the beaches of Port Blanc and La Fourberie, and 500 m from the Dinard thalassotherapy center, where you can take time out to enjoy the magnificent panorama. It's close to the shops of Saint Enogat (800m) and Dinard's big market (1.2 km), which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You'll find fresh, local produce, including organic produce if you prefer. Everything is within walking distance.
Next door, you'll find Maître Sarrasin's famous galettes and crêpes, an Italian pizzeria (takeaway), ready-made meals and a Carrefour Market 500m away.
From the apartment, you'll be able to enjoy the beaches, as well as beautiful walks and/or hikes (we can provide you with a hiking guide for the region). You can visit beautiful sites such as Dinan - medieval town, Saint Malo - city of privateers (accessible by bus with stop in front of the house or by boat from the pier), Cap Fréhel, the island of Bréhat or the Mont Saint Michel. Not forgetting the magnificent Pink Granite Coast and the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, ...). Don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Perfect family summer holiday
We stayed for four nights but could easily have stayed for longer. This is an amazing apartment - spacious, comfortable beds, incredibly clean and well decorated. The position is great. We enjoyed being able to do so much without having to get in our car. We were able to cycle to the centre of Dinard along quiet roads in 10 minutes. There are excellent cafes, bars and restaurants near by. Every evening we walked to the beach for a swim and watched the sun go down. We loved walking around the picturesque headland to visit the town. There are beautiful sea views from the front windows. St Malo and Mont St Michel are easy to get to and well worth a visit.

Great place to stay
The apartment is spacious and clean. The three bedrooms are all bright and comfy. We spend many happy hours eating and playing at the big dining table. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. In the mornings, we walked to the bakery cart at the nearby campsite for fresh bread and croissants. The beach is a very short walk away. A walk into town takes about 20 minutes. Overall, it was a perfect place for our vacation.

Perfekter Urlaub in wundervoller Wohnung
Wundervolle große Wohnung in guter Lage (Creperie, Pizza und Paella direkt nebenan, Strand 5 Min., Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 Min. zu Fuß, Parkmöglichkeiten auf der anderen Straßenseite). Die Wohnungen ist sehr sauber und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet. Es gibt 3 große Schlafzimmer mit genügend Stauraum - die Betten waren bei Ankunft bezogen und Handtücher lagen bereit. Sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Corinne und Pascal. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und wir wurden sogar mit einem kleinen köstlichen Willkommensgruß überrascht. Wichtige Informationen zum Aufenthalt liegen in französisch und englisch bei Ankunft bereit, außerdem wären die Vermieter bei eventuellen Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup à Corinne et Pascal.

Summer Vacation in Dinard
The location of the appartment close to the beach was a very good choice for us so that our adult children could do their own program. We did like the camping place open bar which was perfect to have a sun downer drink and the fact that even Dinard was only something like 20min as walking distance which was of a big benefit for the public fireworks when we have been much faster returning by walking than the viewers that tried to get out of Dinard by car. Having St. Malo reachable by boot, tourist attractions like Mt. St-Michel and Dinan at a distance which is convenient for a 1 day trip made this a perfect place for us.
