I will book the double or twin bunks next time. They have real mattresses. I knew the single fold out chair would be very small, but that chair is like sleeping on the floor. It is very hard and uncomfortable in the folds. The walls are thin so you can hear all talking and the whining sound of your neighboring chair going up and down. Bring your own plug adapter, the plug does not accolade American plugs.
It did give me a private place for my 12 hour layover.
The module was very small as was expected but we fid not contemplate noise coming from other people and repair work going on. Much too much noise from employees with no consideration for people sleeping.
The staff (Andrew&Ferlan) provided excellent service

Temperature can’t be adjusted
Need to pay $20 for bathing
It’s so tight space and expensive. It’s better to stay outside the airport with cheaper hotels.
This place inside security my Flt 12am tomorrow unfortunately the thumb rule for the airline industry they will not allow to go security without BDG pass I was not clearly told this lost 100 usd like that this called steeling new use this plus I will campaign very negative
It is very clean, safe and a very nice friendly staff Dave Sevilla. I loved it and hoping to stay again next trip. My only concern was that the blanket provided was too thin and small but everything else is great.

Difficult to find, bed linen maybe not fresh, poor cleaning of common toilets, no infos regarding access to showers given
This is a great idea in theory but it depends on when you arrive. You get 10 hours and my flight arrived in the middle of that. I was also surprised there was a $20 extra charge for a shower! Expedia needs to state that. The woman who checked me in waived the fee kindly. There is no where else to lie down so do it if you can afford it. It broke up my 40 hour journey!

Was not properly climated. Environment Not conducive for sleep
Overall ok for a short stay - booking was made primarily to get some sleep and for the shower facilities. Disappointing that there are additional charges to use the shower when you pay around AUD170 for a pod for 6hrs only.
I had a long overnight layover and this seemed to be a perfect option for the ~7 h I had in between flights. HOWEVER I am not sure it was worth the money spent. Three main issues:1. there is practically no signage anywhere about the location of this capsule hotel. Had to stop and ask 3 times. Second and probably my biggest issue- the lounge chair/bed was unbearably uncomfortable. The padding was so hard I could barely sleep. I was thankful for being able to at least be in a horizontal position but forget about a good night’s rest. Third: they charge you extra for the shower.
The staff was nice and it appeared clean but I don’t think I’d use it again.
Good idea but needs some revision. The bed is so hard I couldn't sleep on my sides. Felt like a park bench. The sheet cover and pillow where ruffled like someone else had just slept on the bed. The showers are good but not cleaned regularly there was hair in three showers i tried first. The pantry needs to be closed when someone is cleaning after all its supposed to be a sleep lounge but the noise from that and the squeaky door that also bangs shut every time someone goes through to the toilets and showers had me up all night.
