The hotel is fantastic in terms of facilities for families. However, possibly due to the public holidays rush the overall service delivery could have been improved. Furthermore, timings in the hotel are a little off for example kids club opens at 10am when kids are usually up at 8ish and then close at 7pm when the sun is still up in the summer. But overall would recommend the hotel for facilities

Highly recommend. We arrived for two private functions at the hotel and were very satisfied with its offerings. I will be returning with family as it’s great facilities and located next to the mall for extra comforts.

Kids and adult guests come out of the pool to the lobby in their wet towels and swimming suits in a very improper way. When check in they asked us to hand in a small perfume dispenser claiming this is security measure. We handed it in to the reception and it took us more than an hour to get back when we checked out. The location has no walking access to the mall next to the hotel.

Exceptional hotel- lovely room with a sea view, service was brilliant, breakfast was delicious- loved that it was an a la carte menu that you could order unlimited items from as well as a buffet Would definitely stay here again!
