"Von einem 4,5 Sterne Hotel ist meine Erwartung eine andere vor allem wenn ich den Status in unterschiedlichen Ländern vergleiche.
Die Freundlichkeit und der Servicegedanke des Personals ist nur an einzelnen Stellen aufgeflackert … ansonsten war es nur „ich machen einen Job und nicht mehr“. Schade in so einem Land und so einem Hotel. "
