Die Unterkunft ist einfach und groß. Alles ist sauber. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an den Wohnungen und auf einem zusätzlichen Parkplatz hinterm Haus.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen ! Vor Ort herrschte ein reger Austausch von enttäuschten Familien, die hier ihren Sommerurlaub verbracht haben. Am Anreisetag selber haben wir keine E-Mail zum einchecken mit Schließfachcode erhalten. Eine Rezeption wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben existiert nicht. Telefonisch konnten wir über einen langen Zeitraum niemanden erreichen. Wir haben glücklicherweise die Reinigungskräfte vor Ort angetroffen, die uns weiterhelfen konnten. Die Unterkunft stand uns erst gegen 16;15 Uhr zur Verfügung, da der Vormieter die Wohnung angeblich erst um 15:45 Uhr verließ . Kurtaxe wird hier nur auf Nachfrage des Mieters abgenommen. In der Unterkunft fanden wir kaputte Gartenmöbel vor. Dies war in den benachbarten Wohnungen ebenfalls der Fall . Für 4 Personen verfügte die Unterkunft über 2 Gabeln und 3 Messer . Generell erweckte die Ferienwohnung den Eindruck, dass hier deutlich an Ausstattung eingespart worden ist. Das Inventar ist zusammen gewürfelt. Im Abstellraum, wo eigentlich Fahrräder abgestellt werden können, lagerten die Reinigungskräfte den Müll . Dieser Geruch zog teilweise übel in die Wohnungen hinein. Das Infomaterial und Notfallnummern sind veraltet und nicht mehr aktuell. Die Fassade wirkt ungepflegt , teilweise sind die Fensterbänke mit Fäkalien von Tauben besiedelt.

Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön modernisiert, umso mehr verwundern uns die folgenden Kritikpunkte. - benutztes Taschentuch im Schrank - Sockenverpackung im Schrank - Staub im Regal und auf den Nachttisch - Krümel unter dem Tisch - Krümel im Kühlschrank - Fenster undicht, so dass man dort nicht sitzen kann - Küche in Wohnung 7 unzureichend ausgestattet - Keine Tassen - keine kleine Löffel - keine Gabeln - Dreck in den Schubladen - keine großen Teller - Backblech verschmutzt - Geschirr, Pfannen, Gläser schmutzig - Dusche undicht - keine Putzutensilien (lediglich in einer Wohnung befand sich ein Besen) - Spiegel schmierig Alles in allem sehr ärgerlich. Und wie oben beschrieben, angesichts der schönen Wohnungen, ein vermeidbarer Mangel. In der Wohnung selbst ist kein Infomaterial über die Wohnung, das Inventar, die Umgebung, Lieferservice, Tipps etc. Auch das kennen wir als Standard in Ferienwohnungen. Leider fehlte es auch ansonsten an der Kommunikation. Auf unsere Kritik wurde bisher noch nicht reagiert. Allerdings haben wir diesen Zustand auch lediglich per Mail mitgeteilt und sind einen Tag später abgereist. Da wir zwei Wohnungen angemietet hatten, konnten wir uns gegenseitig aushelfen und es war somit keine Eile geboten. Die anderen Mängel wären an Silvester auch nicht mal eben behoben worden.
