We came for a soccer tournament and wanted a little more space than a traditional hotel room. This place was perfect for us! Very quiet and safe neighborhood which is very close to everything. The house is a nice combination of updated modern decor and rustic 1964 style. The beds and sheets are comfortable and there are black out curtains to enable late sleeping, if your kids will allow it, which ours of course don’t!). There is 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a twin daybed for the 3rd BR. Having 1 bath wasn’t a problem for us, but it was slightly cramped in there. The kitchen was fully functional for what we needed, but it’s not a chefs kitchen by any means. Of note, there isn’t a dishwasher, so guests need to wash any used silverware or glassware by hand prior to leaving. We didn’t mind this at all, but some might. We really loved the coffee/tea station. It was a great touch to be able to have a coffee or tea to go, and showed that the owner really cared about the guests. The supplied games were also nice, and we actually finished up our stay here with a game of monopoly!
This place is perfect for a small family looking for a quiet getaway. We would definitely stay again.
