The stay was good for us to be able to evacuate the storm. They did not have breakfast as listed online but thats ok.

Pros: The location is fine. Dining and shopping options nearby. The staff that I spoke with was very friendly (Jessica, I think). Mattresses were comfortable. Cons: We were evacuating from Hurricane Helene and needed a room with an accessible bathroom. This was the only option available and was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled strongly of smoke (especially the bathroom). The comforters were stained and the room wasn't serviced at all while we were there (3 nights). The breakfast room was closed the entire stay as well. I tried looking for other hotels with accessible bathrooms but there were no vacancies so we were stuck. I ended up buying air purifiers and cleaning supplies for the room. If you are sensitive to smoke or have allergies, find another hotel if possible. Also, the beds are very, very tall. I had to get a step stool for my elderly grandmother. The bathtub needs refinishing as it has sharp areas on the bottom. If there had been another hotel option I would have taken it.

Terrible experience! They didn't give me right size bed & refuse ti change. Floors were dirty and little black bugs coming from the floor cress. Service was horrible and front desk clerk horrible attitude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Neverstayed in this lifetime
