After 3 hours driving to property arrived at front desk to find out in there system my reservation was Dec 18 not Nov 18 The 2 peeiple at front desk were incompetent to help in any way It took 45 minutes on phone with expedia to fix it Now im uncertain about using Hotels.com from now on

Walking from the parking spot was convenient. However, I wish they had valet parking. It would’ve made it much easier to carry my bags. Nevertheless, once I saw I was signed in, it was a comfortable and very relaxing visit.

Check-in was friendly, and efficient. The hotel is bright and clean, and the rooms are spacious. Loved the roomy walk-in shower. We had a delicious meal at the 'well-lit" Sugar Factory. Very bright! I did not enjoy passing through the smokers that were right outside of the facility, or the limited nearby parking spaces,
