Umm

The water temperature from the faucet and shower was inconsistent. Hot water came out even though only the cold water was on. Maintenance said this is something that happened a lot and could happen to any room in the hotel. He told us that flushing the toilet, turning on the cold water in the shower and sink would bring back the cold water. He did fix it temporarily, but we had to do this process multiple times during our overnight stay. Hotel staff was dismissive and less than helpful when we asked questions.

This hotel needs an up grade. All the money they charge ..no microwave in room and the furniture is old and outdated .and we reserved a king bed and bed look and,felt like a queen bed. When i called staff they said everyone complaines about it i feel like they should fix that issue .false advertisement. No room service and check out should be 12pm . Need to offer late check out without charging so much knowing traverls visits frequently. Hotel was clean Staff was excellent! I just expected a little more being that its Ballys

For a smokeless property, you sure can smell a lot of weed. Hotel and staff were okay. I really want to complain about the casino. The last two times I've been there, they didn't open all the table games. Specifically, the three card table. Why do you advertise the three card table but don't open it. I was so angry, I decided not to gamble a penny in the casino. And I won't ever be returning. Good luck, that casino is going down hill and the hotel will pay for it in the end.

First time at the property, we arrived about 2:45pm. Told us check in wasn’t until 3:00pm or we can check in now for a 25.00 fee. Seriously. So we wait until 3:00pm. By then we waited in line for 20m. Rooms are clean but very outdated. The bed must have came with the hotel. We actually did not stay we left. So we paid for a room and did not stay.
