I have to leave a negative review on my room , it was 3 bugs in there and I have picture evidence of it. I was only staying here two nights and on the first night there was 3 bugs and it was absolutely uncomfortable

Rooms are very attractive. I especially liked the high ceilings which make the room seem spacious. I also liked the shower with the bottles of soap and shampoo etc. as well as the copious plugs/outlets.

Showed up and the staff was very loud making jokes with each other , I could hardly hold a conversation with the check in lady , who was also engaging in the jokes , long story short I was given the wrong type of room. I walked Into a room with two queen beds instead of the King room I paid for , I had to haul all my bags and coolers back down to to front desk , of course I showed them my booking confirmation and was told I’m sorry , Hotel itself was 4star all day - staff 2 star
