Fun place!
Unique stay and a comfortable place. It was great to be right on the water. There was a wind and stormy advisory while we were there but the pace held up very well. Great getaway and close to concerts, downtown and restaurants.

Wonderful houseboat
We came as a group of friends and rented all 4 houseboats. Had a wonderful time— this is second time in this houseboat for us. Highly recommend this rental!

Visiting Navy son from CA
This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to visit our son who is in the Navy. The extra bedroom was perfect for him when he stayed with us for a couple nights. The place was really clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was the bed was really creaky. Every time we shifted in the bed it would make a loud noise. Regardless we absolutely loved staying here.

Waking up on the water!
The boathouse we stayed in was a delight. Simple, clean and had everything we needed. Full stocked kitchen, appliances. Great heat/ AC system in each room. Loved making tea in the morning and sitting in the chairs outside overlooking the water. A welcome break from standard hotel rooms. Management was very responsive and gracious. Felt very safe. Can’t wait to come back!

A slice of heaven
The location is great and the house was sparkling clean. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a basket of snacks provided and coffee pods as well. All appliances worked and the kitchen was well supplied for small meals. I had often wondered what it would be like staying on a houseboat and found it fulfilling and hard to leave. Unique and Fun
This property was one of the most unique places we’ve stayed and it did NOT disappoint! We loved being right on the water but if you have small children you may want to reconsider. Coffee in the mornings was so peaceful on our porch, and the evenings were equally as nice. There was even a friendly heron that paid us a visit a few times during our stay. The house was immaculate with comfy beds and plenty of towels and bedding. I thought being on an active dock with a restaurant close by might be an issue as far as light and noise but that was not the case at all. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here,this is about our third time staying here and it's just as nice as it was before.It was our anniversary and they made us feel so special, thank you all! I could say so many great things about this place, I will say, come and see for yourself, you won't regret it.always clean, house fully stocked,friendly and very helpful management. This place was amazing.
I travel for work and am incredibly picky when it comes to cleanliness. I always use that filter option in VRBO. This is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. My kids had a blast and loved staying on the water. It was a lot of fun and we will be back. It is a wonderful alternative to the same old house or condo. The location was great and we will do it again.

Excellent, fun place to stay in downtown Pensacola. Very unusual to actually stay on the water. We were greeted when we got there and before we left. Stacey was so nice and took great care of us. We will definitely be back.

The houseboats were great. Very clean and just as advertised. No surprises; everything worked well and we had no issues. Location of the marina is great for going downtown or Pensacola Beach. Excellent communication with the management team!

Our family loves staying here. This is our second visit. The location, along with the boat access, makes this a top choice for us every time we are in the area. Loved seeing the Blues again this year. Jo Dee is always so accommodating. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Magnificent
This is the second time my husband and I have stayed on this houseboat . We absolutely love the convenience of parking the boat and being steps away from the house boat . We enjoyed watching the Blue Angels practice Tuesday and Wednesday. Jo Dee is an amazing host and is quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely book the property again.

Wonderful time! Highly recommend!
Our three night vacation was spot on accurate with description. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The marina is in excellent condition as well as the cottage! It was well equipped and very clean! We did bring a 23’ center console and I must say, we recommend the mahagony mill boat ramp. Everything is right there within walking distance of marina and there is no need to ever get in your vehicle. Looking forward to returning in the future and ty again!

This boathouse will need to experienced in order for one to realize how well the location provides for total comfort and relaxation. The locations along the Gulf shores is worth exploring; however returning to the houseboat only amplifies it's beautiful location. Downtown Pensacola has a ton to offer as well. Win win.
