Good hotel, but not as close to Dublin as I thought

Arrived early at this hotel, and thought Wow, nice hotel in good setting. However, not allowed entry to room for hours, and when finally allowed access someone else's luggage was in our room. Staff were generally helpful, and facilities were good, but I thought I was booking a hotel near Dublin, and this is nearly 45 minutes drive away! Room could have done with some updating. TV was old with fairly limited channels, and bathroom could have done with upgrading. Very limited lighting in room meant that trying to read books or newspaper was not that easy if you were sitting or lying in bed. Good gym facilities and good breakfasts available. When checking out, I was asked to pay for room again, although bill had been paid up-front. Blame attributed to changeover of computer systems. Overall, I would give the hotel reasonable passmarks, but it could have done better.
