The breakfast staff were so nice . Smiling helpful and polite. And the one server even said they had HP brown sauce. Outstanding!
Bed slightly too soft for me. Shower was wonderful. Very pleasant experience.

Ok. Tired and no great shakes.
Room was small but clean. Everything a bit tired and the bed was pretty uncomfortable.
The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable although you could hear the hand dryers from the toilets below in the room I stayed in but that wasn’t too much of an issue. Breakfast was very nice and there was a wide time range in which to eat it.
Comfortable, very clean. service was very good. really enjoyed my stay. nothing was too much trouble to ask for. very accommodating.

Nice stopover hotel quiet location
Great check-in. Very helpful receptionist got me an invoice sorted. Clear instructions to the location of the room. Nice quiet location. Room was a bit stuffy but there was a fan. The windows were in OK condition but single glazed. Not good for insulation in the winter. Did not do food in the evenings but there was an Indian Restaurant opposite
Very friendly welcome and a lovely room. The staff were so helpful and the cooked breakfasts were excellent.
But the DJ night didn't finish at 11 as the in-room message said it would (midnight, then bar noise for another while) ; the fire alarm went off the next night (quickly cancelled so clearly accidentally) but then you could hear furniture being moved around in the bar/cafe in the small hours... I guess for cleaning.
I'd recommend taking earplugs.
