Three Hills family weekend
The only thing that was a problem is that the pool was open but was not heated as they were waiting for some type of part in order to do maintenance

Coming into the hotel the carpet runner in the entrance is stained, the hot tub had fruit flies floating in it after turning on the jets, and our tub had dark staining. I gave them 3 stars because the breakfast was actually quite good.

I didn’t love that our room essentially had no window. The window we had didn’t open and looked out over the pool. I’m surprised this is even ok for fire code. The carpets seemed really dirty and everything just felt dated. The breakfast was pretty decent and I was pleasantly surprised. Our kids did enjoy the pool and water slide. Staff were good.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool & slide, hot tub and sauna very clean and in great condition. Breakfast was awesome - fried eggs, real bacon, sausages, hash browns, toast, muffins and cereal. Would have stayed longer instead of staying in Drumheller.

Rooms were clean and staff was always around cleaning the rest of the property so even thoigh it was a little bit outdated, you could see the owners were proud of their property. Waterslide and pool were nicely looked after. I would recommend this to anyone I know!

had an incredible stay at this hotel! The pool area was perfect for relaxing, with a hot tub and sauna that were just what I needed after a long day. The jetted tub in the room added an extra touch of luxury, making it easy to unwind in complete comfort. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to satisfy everyone. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcome and well taken care of.

It was easy to check in and the room was fine but this room doesn’t sleep 5 comfortably with the two queen beds. I did specified 2 adults and 3 kids Olin my booking. Also the pillows suck they were so soft And I went to go ask for a couple of extra pillows to make it more comfortable with 2 each and when my som asked for an extra for him they told him No as they were only allows to give 4 pillow per room.

We had a nice stay, the pool an hot tub were kind of small for the amount of children present but it is summer. Staff was very pleasant and breakfast had some good options.

Loved rhe quietness, breakfast area is small but food choices were good, front desk staff were excellent, pool was ok hot tub wasnt hot and hardly any air coming from jets, housekeeping were in daily making sure we had fresh towels and beds made, rm was clean, air con was great, made our stay very enjoyable.
