Stayed for just one night. The room was clean. The bed was king size with clean sheets. We stayed in the rooms at the rear. The area around looked run down and needs to be spruced up. The breakfast options were rather limited. The owner was good to leave the keys where we could find it as we arrived very late.

Overall a positive.
The hotel itself was clean. The room was quiet and at the back side do the property. The water was hot and had good pressure. The mattress, though on the harder side was comfortable. The AC worked as did the Microwave and minor-fridge. The breakfast was adequate (mini cereal boxes, toast, danishes, juice and milk). The biggest drawback for me was the smell. The room smelled old/damp and we purchased two diffusers to assist with the smell. The hotel seems a bit outages and could use a revamp. However, overall it was a good stay and it was cheap.

At check in our promised room was not available causing us to have to use and pay for two rooms. The cost of our stay doubled. One of the rooms did not have a functioning heater so a space heater was required. Furniture and curtain rod were broken. On a positive note, we were able to check in early.

Very, very clean and comfortable. No funky smells like someone stated. It was very nice. It is a bit out dated, but everything was in very good condition. It was a nice surprise that there were 5 pillows on the king sized bed. They were also very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. For reference, we stayed in room 354.

There was no hot water in the morning for a shower. The area around the sink was dirty. It was not cleaned. The bathroom was so small I could barely turn around. The TV was tiny and hard to hear the speaker. The AC was just above the beds and very noisy. The room was like something from the 1950's. Will never book there again!!

The rooms were definitely not the cleanest that I have been in. There were ants all over the bathroom floor after we showered. The continental breakfast was not a breakfast. The paint in the showers were chipping as you showered. The bed smelled clean though and the staff was absolutely nice

Inexpensive and clean. My only recommendation would be is to upgrade the A/C and staff to keep the A/C on before renting the rooms out. The room was super hot, 82 degrees in there and it took a couple of hours to cool down before it was bearable in there.
