Fantastic hotel, overlooking the beach and sea!

Pros: The facilities, food, beach, pool, and hotel staff were amazing!
Great experience from check in, to meals, to housekeeping and all involved. Hotel team could not do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and were more than helpful and accommodating for our the children with us. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a holiday!!

2. Mal im Sarah hotel

Das Personal ist äusserst nett und zuvorkommend. Essen genügend und gut. Würde auch ein 3. Mal wieder gehen.

Hotel mit privatem Strand davor

Pros: Ich fand es super, dass es einen Hotelbus gibt, der einem an verschiedene Orte in Dubai aber auch in Ajman bringt.
Cons: Schade finde ich es das in der Hotelanlage nicht dezent Musik zu hören ist. Tanz-Möglichkeiten wären auch vorhanden.
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich an einem privaten Strand, man sollte besser in den Monaten von Nov. - März dorthin gehen nicht so heiss.
Ich wurde um 02.00 Uhr morgens empfangen und das schöne war das ich ein kaltes Glas mit Wasser bekam. Die Leute versuchen einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Und für Geld kann man so oder so alles organisieren lassen. Die Leute sind nett und kümmern sich immer darum das es einem gut geht. Die Sicherheit wird in diesem Hotel gros geschrieben Lifeguard am Swimmingpool und am privaten Strand. Man bekommt immer genug Mineralwasser. Man wird immer wieder gefragt ob es einem gut geht. Das gute Arbeitsklima unter den Mitarbeitern ist sicher auch dem General Manager zu verdanken. Ein sehr angenehmer Mann aus Italien.. mit einem sympathischen Lächeln für die Gäste und der immer ein gutes Wort für seine Mitarbeiter hat und das wirkt sich auch auf das Arbeitsklima aus. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und aufgestellt wegen dem guten Arbeitsklima das dort herrscht. Alle arbeiten gerne dort und bemühen sich sehr um das gesundheitliche und Gourmet-Wohl jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters. Die Leute machen viel dort und erwarten nicht mal etwas von einem. Sie wollen einfach Ihren Job gut erledigen. Schade finde ich das es in der Anlage vor allem um den Pool und Relax-Raucher - Bereich keine dezente Musik gibt. Und Gelegenheit zum Tanzen, dass könnte man sicher einrichten. Ich hatte Frühstück und das ist sehr vielseitig und sehr gut... mit vielen frischen Säften etc. Man kann dort Wünsche anbringen, den Leuten ist nichts zu viel.

Wunderschöne Ferien zu Zweit

Die Lage vom Hotel ist direkt am Strand mit abendlichen Sonnenuntergängen! Das Personal liest einem buchstäblich die Wünsche aus den Augen und ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir finden das Frühstück zu teuer und haben daher immer selber etwas eingekauft. Auf dem Zimmer hat es einen Wasserkocher! Das arabische Restsurant im Hotel ist wahnsing gut und sehr wenig besucht, weil sich die meisten Gäste ans Buffet stürzen.
