Hotel was generally ok. Issues were no body wash in shower dispenser. The breakfast was very poor. The main problem was with the airport shuttle. I had contacted the hotel with our incoming flight time and asked about the hotel shuttle. The only response I got was that the shuttle operated on a fixed time schedule. What they didn’t say was that this was that early morning that was every two hours. When we arrived at the airport we had trouble finding the shuttle location and after waiting for 15 minutes still no shuttle. I called the hotel to be advised that the next shuttle was over an hour away. We were fortunate to find a very helpful airport assistant who organised a taxi for us. The whole episode resulted in it taking over 2 hours to get from Terminal 3 to the hotel. All this could have been if the hotel had advised us of the shuttle operation schedule. We could have got a taxi and been at the hotel over an hour earlier.
