Disappointing Stay Due to Noise Issues

I expected the hotel rooms to be quiet, but the constant noise from nearby construction disrupted the peace inside my room. My primary reason for booking this hotel was to get a restful sleep during my transit, yet the noise completely defeated that purpose. I even paid the full-day charge just to check in early in the morning, prioritizing a peaceful four-hour rest, but unfortunately, I couldn’t relax at all due to the persistent disturbance. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I strongly recommend that the hotel invest in better soundproofing to shield guests from external noise.

The staff on this hotel are commendable. They are very attentive to our needs. Special mention to the morning team that oversees a fantastic job on preparing the buffet for breakfast (Denise,Chatu,Prajina,Nitish,chef Kamal). Perfect location and convenient to the airport, metro. We don’t mind coming back.

I was only there for the night but it was great! The shuttle only came once an hour so it was a bit disappointing after a long flight. But I was glad to get to the hotel and check in. At first it sounded like they didn't have the king I ordered but thankfully they found the room and I slept wonderly the shuttle back to the airport was perfect!

Awesome Hotel

This is a wonderful hotel that has great service, spacious rooms, a nice restaurant that serves delicious meals. The bed is comfortable and the shower is spacious. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. And it’s only an easy 15-minute to the Dubai Mall.
