Hotel was generally ok. Issues were no body wash in shower dispenser. The breakfast was very poor. The main problem was with the airport shuttle. I had contacted the hotel with our incoming flight time and asked about the hotel shuttle. The only response I got was that the shuttle operated on a fixed time schedule. What they didn’t say was that this was that early morning that was every two hours. When we arrived at the airport we had trouble finding the shuttle location and after waiting for 15 minutes still no shuttle. I called the hotel to be advised that the next shuttle was over an hour away. We were fortunate to find a very helpful airport assistant who organised a taxi for us. The whole episode resulted in it taking over 2 hours to get from Terminal 3 to the hotel. All this could have been if the hotel had advised us of the shuttle operation schedule. We could have got a taxi and been at the hotel over an hour earlier.

Dinner - never, a meal at McDonald's is 100 times
Get a dinner which contains corn soup and tiny cubes of chicken (a hot dish is better) and a main course 5 small pieces of burnt chicken covered by a sauce and to finish with a fruit salad which is probably returned for a week plus. Are you sure a chef made this? The only thing that worked was the sparkling water

Room was modern, bright and clean. Tea kettle didn't work and coffee had not been clean. I had difficulty catching shuttle from tje airport, as it was not marked Aloft. More scheduled stops to and from mall of dubai and beach would have been great. I can appreciate that you made it accessible in the first place compare to other hotels.

Good service, but a bit irritated
I was only there for 9 hours, but was good front of house service. A bit irritated that I was awakened by housekeeping at 9am having only arrived in the hotel around 2.30am (therefore tired) and checking out at 12pm, so there was no need….

We enjoyed our short stay. We arrived early in the morning ahead of the standard check in time and were delighted to understand that a room was available shortly after we finished breakfast in the restaurant. Breakfast choices were good and eggs were even made to order. My only critique about the stay was that it was impossible to take the shuttle from T3 to the hotel. We waited in the location for over an hour to no avail and ended up having to take the metro to T1 then an Uber to the hotel. However the process of taking the shuttle from the hotel back to the airport was a breeze.
