The hotel & staff were excellent in every way. The location was well situated if you enjoy a stroll. Right near the harbour & beach. Great pub just next door & lovely restaurants within the hotel itself. Only downside was the constant flow of traffic from early doors well into the night and cars honking their horns.

Hotel is at the “walk” at JBR. Hotel is clean, beautiful and modern. Hotel has restaurants bars and staff is outstanding. Our agent who checked us in was a gentleman. Everyone speaks English so communication is always good. Hotel is steps away from the beach and walkable anytime of the day or night. The city is extremely safe and family friendly. I’d definitely recommend Amwaj Rotana at Jummariah beach to anyone looking for a classy stay. Hotel prices were very reasonable and within our budget.

This was an excellent stay, location was amazing thanks to having the sea, sand, shopping, food, 24hour grocery, parking, taxis. The hotel it self was amazing, staff so helpful and attentive, room was big with an amazing view to the dubai eye and the beach. Room was clean and of a very high standard. Bed was huge with comfortsble mattress. Housekeeping do a top job here and lastly must say a huge tha k you to Promise the security guard who always welcomes you in and out but also checks to see if there is anything we need. Totally 5 star and will return back to this hotel. Price was better than all other 5 star hotels. Pictures of this hotel do not do it justice - you have to see it and appreciate it when there.

Fantastic views of Dubai eye, palm and Bluewaters from sea view rooms. Location can be noisy at night as in the middle of everything. Great to have plenty of restaurants to choose from on the walk.

Location and the customer service was absolutely fantastic however the pool is dated and constantly in the shade and this makes it redundant to use. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. We like a firm bed normally but this bed left us tossing and turning through the night and waking up with aches and pains every day. Not helped by the fact that we were woken every night to the screeching of chairs being dragged across the tiled floor by the rooms above us. The hotel should put rugs or carpet underneath these as it really was so terrible and constant. We cannot be the first to comment on this. By the end of our trip my partner was nearly in tears with tiredness which did taint our last few days of the holiday. If the bed was comfortable and the chair noises were resolved we would stay again as we said, the customer service and location was brilliant.
