We booked a premium room for two adults and two children yet the hotel only provided a bed for the two adults. When queried they said they’d charge an additional 150AED for each child. A complete miss sell.

فندق مميز في موقع ممتاز، ديكورات الفندق بسيطة وانيقه، إضاءات خافته، غرف واسعة وعازله للصوت بشكل ممتاز، دورات مياة واسعة تتميز ببانيو كبير وجميل،، معظم الاكسسوارات موجودة داخل الغرفة، طاقم الفندق من العرب متعاون، يقع الفندق في منطقة تتوفر بها معظم الخدمات، وتتواجد فيها المطاعم المتنوعة والسوبرماركت بكثرة، المواقف مجانية ومتوفرة. السلبيات😒: *عدد المصاعد قليلة وتتأخر قليلا، *طاقم الفندق(من غير العرب) في الاستقبال غير متعاون. *صوت الموسيقى قوي كل ما كنت في الطوابق القريبة، بسبب وجود نادي ليلي في الفندق. A distinctive hotel in an excellent location, the hotel decorations are simple and elegant, dim lights، Spacious and soundproofed rooms are excellent, spacious bathrooms are characterized by a large and beautiful bathtub, most of the accessories are inside the room, The hotel's Arab staff are very helpful )Mohammed duty manger & Rami), the hotel is located in an area where most services are available, and there are various restaurants and a supermarket in abundance, parking is free and available. Cons😒: * The number of elevators is few and a little late، * The hotel staff (non-Arabs) at the reception is uncooperative. * The sound of music is strong when you are on the 1 - 2 -3 floors, because there is a night club in the hotel.

Front desk team service is not good. Have booked one adult and 3 kids 12,10,7 room when came for check in front desk guys they said my kids are 13,11,8 how he calculated my first child is 21-aug-2011 and we check in 5-july-2024. He said she is 14 so we have to add her as adult and charge me 250$ extra. Told them she will be 13 in august but they insist if its 1 day after 12 its 13 weired logic. So told them that means if kids born week old then its 1 year old.
