The staff did not care, we went out for dinner and my 3yr old was sleeping because of jetlag, i took the food only for my kid back to the hotel.. restaurant staff and lobby staff refused to warm the pasta a small pizza both inside a container , they also dont have a microwave so i could not do it. it was 10pm, i walked to a nearby hotel and they warmed my pasta knowing that i was not staying there. 3 out of 6 nights i had to call for towels because they would simple forget that we registered 4 people They would bring them quick but still annoying

I been booking this hotel for the past 3 years But i don’t think i will book again Because the staff in breakfast area specially the manager and the staff in the front I had 11 nights ago and every time I go to have a breakfast, they owe me a trouble and one time I found hair in my eggs and I called the manager and he did not take any action And they have seated me twice and when I go back to my table, I see people on my table. It’s just such a mess.
