Customer Service was Excellent. Housekeeping was excellent. We had an overnight trip to AbuDhabi, front desk kept our luggage until we returned for our flight.💯will recommend Cosmopolitan. Best Hotel EVER!
We had 5 nights at Grand Cosmopolitan and we can honestly say that it’s the best hotel we have EVER stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of nice hotels. We couldn’t fault a thing, from the friendly helpful staff and the ,size and cleanliness of the rooms. We had a delicious choice of breakfast each morning and had a couple of evening speciality meals which were first class. We look forward to visiting again.

Excellent hotel
We were fortunate to be permitted early check-in, plus they upgrade us a room category. The room was huge, immaculately clean and very comfortable big big. The buffet breakfast was also very good, with large choice.

Absolutely amazing Hotel, service is impeccable, I got an upgrade to a suite which was huge and as good or even better than any other five-star hotel I stayed at in Dubai. Service was very good, especially Linn from housekeeping. Wow. Spa area is also incredible. And the pricing for this hotel is truly affordable. You really get your moneys worth. I will be back soon!

Checking in took an over 39 minutes. The guy at the counter asked for passport then told me to sit down. I then noticed he checked in 2 people and forgot about me. The room was perfect nice and clean.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Was instantly greeted by smile from the reception staff. The service is top notch. Shout out to Darya at the front desk and Linn on housekeeping staff. Those are just the names I got though, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay. Upgraded to premium and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was solo travelling but 2 people or maybe even 2 people and a child would have plenty of space. Breakfast was great. Staff is attentive and the chef was friendly and accomodating. Hotel is close to Mall of the emirates which is really convenient. Well positioned within walking distance to Mashreq station on the metro which will get you to most of Dubai. It’s also somewhat in the middle of dubai in Al barsha so you are equally close to Marina and to Downtown areas. Great experience and will recommend it to others.
