The hotel was a bit further than I expected from the terminal. Also the shuttle runs on a set schedule that isn't posted online and took us 45 minutes to arrive at the hotel after we boarded the bus.

Shuttle service is infrequent after 4 pm
Chose the hotel for closeness to the airport with shuttle service. Turns out it is not every 20-30 min. As listed at hotels.ca but every 2 hours after 4 pm. That would have influenced my decision were I to have known. The check-in and staff/hotel were fine…we didn’t appreciate waiting an hour for a shuttle and then needing to take a taxi anyway.

Pretty good hotel, located 15ish minutes from DXB. Nothing fancy but does the job-comfortable bed, good breakfast, helpful personal. Metro is only 8 mins away.

Convince place to stay near the airport. Just keep in mind that the airport shuttle is by schedule; verify with the hotel. That way you don't have to wait and get a taxi. The only thing I would change is to do a deep cleaning in the bathroom, my shower had a little mold. It's not noticeable, I notice, because I'm very big on that. Other than that, I'll recommend the hotel.

The staff at the front desk was amazing. We came in early and did not have a room for us. My wife and I had plans at 2:30pm and wanter to keep our 15 year son in the room which they were understanding and allow my son to checkin while we meet up with out friend for 2:30pm wothbour friend. They allowed my son to checkin to the room without any issues omce the room was ready.

Rooms are nice and spacious, bathroom was a little average, could do with a renovation. Breakfast buffet is just basic, nothing special. Airport shuttle is good, however, only $14 USD for a taxi if shuttle times do not suit you.

I had a reservation on Tuesday 10/15/2024 for one night ,Overall the room was clean , The shuttle service is not published on your website, therefore I waited from 9:00 pm to 10:30 for shuttle, the reception area employees were very confused on how to check in guests. 3 employees were helping one guest where the rest of us waiting specially after arriving 11:00 PM , on another note the quality of the food served at breakfast was below expectations. The meals were poorly prepared and lacked freshness. I paid $132.00 for a room worth $70.00.Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund, Please let me know the process for this refund, and if any additional information is needed from my end. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution and hope this feedback will help improve the service quality for future guests. Sincerely, Youssef
