We had a room for only 5 hours due to a short layover. Had difficulty finding the shuttle bus area as we got different directions from 3 different staff at the airport but that is not the hotels fault. The room was adequate but had a musty smell but we were so tired we just dealt with it. Towels were quite old

No plugs by night table on one side. Breakfast needs to be til 11:00 am or thereabouts due to people coming in on late flights. Breakfast needs scrambled eggs not messy fried eggs

The hotel overall is okay and provides what you need, if you are not looking for luxury. The BIG minus was the unplanned check out by the front desk which was leading to the fact that a cleaner was standing in the room at 4am insisting that I was checked out and that he has to clean the room. Sleep disturbed and annoyed - this should NEVER happend.

One of my worst stays ever. We never even got the minimum amenities at this Hotel. Just got 2 Towels, No Microwave in Room, No Iron and Iron Table. We requested for Early Check in as per our Flight timing with my 1 year old baby but was never allowed too and have to pay for extra day. That is not the same in all over North America where we were allowed to Check in early over request and there was no Cancellation refunds option. Never got Breakfast even after paying for extra day in full. And our Take away breakfast was worst just got breads with cream and Croissant and very old and dry orange. There should be flexible Check In Timings for the Layover Customers at this Location. Overall this was my worst experience with Holiday Inn Chain in my entire life.

It’s a motel by American standards, the staff is untrained and barely speak English, the terminal shuttle took over an hour of waiting. It was a lesson learned. Avoid and book something tad more pricey.

Compared to other Holiday Inn express hotels around the world, this one was the worst. The hotel feels old, and there was some weird smell in the corridor, apparently, they still have smoking rooms. The breakfast was good though, and the airport shuttle bus was on time.

Very close to Dubai airport, free shuttle every 1/2 hour, excellent breakfast buffet, checkin can be slow with only 2 staff available in the evenings. Rooms are small but comfortable.
