I had a fantastic stay here. Not one aspect of it could I find a fault with. The hotel, its grounds and its facilities are all top class. My room offered plenty of space and was modernly decorated. The sports bar was a lovely place to relax and have a drink. From the infinity pool, and its bar area, the view of the Dubai skyline was outstanding. Being located just across the road from Nakheel mall was a big bonus for me. Mukesh from housekeeping spotted a birthday card I had in my room and subsequently arranged for a card from the hotel, a towel decoration, and a cake on a Happy Birthday platter, to be in my room on my return that day. I think that’s the nicest personal touch that’s ever been done for me in a hotel. Housekeeping itself was done to an immaculate level. Every member of staff I encountered was polite and helpful. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more from a hotel stay than I got here.

Very comfortable stay, well thought out rooms with good lighting and mirrors in good places. A pillow menu! That made my day! The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is super comfy. The rooftop pool has excellent views. Big shout out to Ru, Leviss and Ken who found my items that I forgot in the safe and returned them to me
